There’s no “fixing” here — just understanding, compassion, and strategies that genuinely fit you. My role is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with your own rhythm and strength.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals and families who want to understand themselves more deeply and create a calmer, more balanced way of living.

Many of my clients are ADHD or autistic — or support someone who is. Some come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage everyday life in a world that often feels too fast or demanding. Others are simply ready to reconnect with themselves, their energy, and what truly matters.

Together, we explore what helps you thrive — not by trying to change who you are, but by uncovering the strengths, rhythms, and needs that already live within you.
